So I asked who I should ask about transferring to days. When asked why I said I was unhappy overnights and I felt like I needed a change. What I got told was “Oh, your hours won’t be as stable and you already know your job overnights” and this and that. Basically it all amounted to “Don’t ever try for something new when what you’ve got is working.” If I has half a mind I’d quit.
